Reiki Clinic
Feeling Stressed and Need a Reset?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing practice that brings calm and balance to our nervous system, helps us to destress and reset. When we are in a relaxed state, our bodies move toward equilibrium and healing.
A Reiki Clinic is where a number of Reiki tables are set up in one space with practitioners offering sessions simultaneously. We have three tables with 2-3 practitioners at a table for each client. For the session, clients lay on a comfy Reiki table and remain fully clothed while practitioners gently place their hands on various discreet points on the client’s body. The experience is deeply relaxing and refreshing.
Enjoy a 20-minute Reiki session as a community gift; there is no cost for the session. Registration is required and donations accepted but not required.
To register, please click on the time below that you would like your session; there are three tables per time slot.

Stoneham's Old Burying Ground in 3-D
Gravestones Brought to Life: Stoneham’s Old Burying Ground in 3-D
How do we learn about the colonial settlers of New England? Often it's through Burying Grounds—the oldest colonial landscapes in the area. Now you have a chance to take a virtual reality tour of these unique windows into the past. Learn about a new project creating 3-D maps and a database of early Boston area graveyards from precision scanning equipment. We'll also explore the personal stories of some Stoneham residents. What do these stones and where they are placed tell us about people's lives? More than you might think.
Learn how the maps were made, play “stump the historian" and even "walk through" the Old Burying ground using virtual reality goggles. All are welcome.
Your hosts are the Stoneham Historical Commission and Dr. Jason Ur, professor of Anthropology and Archeology at Harvard University.
There is no cost to participate but a favor of a reply is required.
